Great products don’t happen by accident—they are engineered through a seamless blend of human-centric design and rigorous business strategy. The Product Design & Management course at Generiss Academy is an intensive, virtual instructor-led program engineered to transform you into a high-impact product leader.

Led in real-time by industry-seasoned product executives, this dynamic course bridges the gap between creative execution and strategic business thinking. You will journey from initial user discovery and wireframing to managing cross-functional development teams, defining product roadmaps, and mastering go-to-market strategies. Through live workshops, interactive case studies, and a hands-on capstone project, you will learn to build products that solve real customer paint points while driving measurable organizational growth.

Is the course live or recorded?
All classes are delivered live online to allow real-time interaction, Q&A, and collaborative activities. Session recordings are also made available for revision.
How are the classes structured?
Classes combine live lectures, case studies, team discussions, and practical projects. Weekly assignments and quizzes help reinforce learning.
Will I work on real projects?
Yes. Each level ends with a capstone project simulating real-world product development and management tasks, building your portfolio.
Do I need prior experience?
No prior experience is required at the beginner level. The course is structured to build your skills progressively.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. You will receive a Generiss Academy Certificate of Completion for each level and a final diploma on successful completion of all levels.
Can this course help me change careers?
Absolutely. The course is designed to help you transition into entry-level product roles, supported by portfolio development and career coaching.
Is this course more focused on design or management?
It perfectly covers both. The first half focuses on Product Design (user empathy, wireframing, UX testing, prototyping), while the second half tackles Product Management (roadmapping, metrics, agile delivery, strategy). High-performing teams require product managers who understand design, and vice versa.
What if I have to miss a live virtual session?
We highly encourage attending live to benefit from real-time class discussions and mentor feedback. However, all virtual sessions are recorded in high-definition and uploaded to your Generiss Academy portal within 24 hours, alongside all workshop templates and resources.
Do we get to build a portfolio during this course?
Yes! You will work on a collaborative Capstone Project throughout the 10 weeks. You’ll take a product idea from user research all the way to a high-fidelity prototype and a strategic launch roadmap, giving you a tangible case study to show prospective employers.
